Here's the inaugural pre-departure good-bye post for family and friends.
I'm leaving later today for Rennes, France. After finally getting my things packed and tickets bought there's not much left to do but say good-bye. If I didn't get a chance to say "See you later" in person, I'm sorry. These last few weeks have been filled with work, a second trip to Boston, packing, and other miscellaneous errands.
I want to say thank you to all the members of the BH3 (both Burlington and Boston) for making this summer pretty unforgettable. Hopefully I'll be able to carry on the hashing tradition in Rennes.
Also, a big hug and "see you later!" to Rocky, Camper, Dre, Marty, Fitz, Caeser, Zuko, Jose, any other lovely rugby ladies out there that's reading this post, UVM people, former UVM people and other folks.
Last, but not least, I love and will miss you, Mom, Dad, Terry and Tito.

"A passport, as I'm sure you know, is a document that one shows to government officials whenever one reaches a border between countries, so the officials can learn who you are, where you were born, and how you look when photographed unflatteringly."
~Lemony Snicket
(Drippy, I hope you laughed a little bit. I can't believe I have to keep it until 2017.)
